Service Description
Gentle removal of your current protective style install followed by an organic scalp treatment before your self shampoo in the comfort of your own home. Please note, we do not shampoo your hair but we give you an organic scalp treatment after we fully remove your protective hair style.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us 24 hours before your appointment start time. If you cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be subject to 50% of your service total and your deposit will not be refunded. If you no show to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service total. In case of an emergency, fees and penalties may be waived. Late policy: In the event you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will be charged the late fee of $25. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment maybe cancelled and you must reschedule your appointment, forfeiting your deposit.
